Details on using the HURMA Mobile Application
HURMA respects the confidential information of each User. Please carefully read the terms of use for the HURMA Mobile Application (including, but not limited to: the HURMA application available on Google Play and the App Store) before use.
The HURMA Mobile Application is a mobile access version of the HURMA Service, providing an alternative system login and adapted for use on mobile devices.
The HURMA Mobile Application is the result of intellectual activity and an object of copyright and intellectual property rights belonging to HURMA. All rights to the system and its components, including intellectual property rights, belong to HURMA. Copyright is protected by copyright law.
The HURMA Mobile Application does not store separate User data: data is stored, processed, and erased directly within the HURMA Service in accordance with the HURMA User Terms of Access and Use and Privacy Policy.
The User represents and warrants that they possess all necessary access rights to the User Account, as well as rights for processing and using information, comply with legal requirements regarding information handling and personal data protection, and use the data solely within the intended purposes of the respective information.
The User undertakes not to use the information for prohibited purposes, not to transfer it to third parties, and not to distort, sell, disclose, or distribute such information. The User confirms that they do not violate the purposes of information use pursuant to applicable personal data protection laws.
HURMA assumes no liability for User actions. The User bears personal and full liability for any violations of information processing requirements under applicable law when using the HURMA Mobile Application.
If the User violates the terms of use or statutory requirements while using the HURMA Mobile Application, HURMA reserves the right to block such User.
HURMA reserves the right to make partial or comprehensive changes to the mobile application and its operating regulations. HURMA makes these changes at its sole discretion; notification regarding additions and updates may be conducted through various available methods, including, but not limited to, posting relevant information on the website https://hurma.work/en/, directly through the Service, via newsletters, and through other available lawful notification methods.
