From April 1, 2026
The use of AI Tools within the Service (by activating them in the settings) constitutes the User's full and unconditional agreement to these Additional Terms of Use: AI Functionality.
1.1. The User understands that AI Tools independently analyze provided data to generate structured results. Operating parameters, language of generation, and analysis logic are determined by the current settings and technical capabilities of the Service.
2.1. The User retains full control and bears sole responsibility for:
a) Reviewing, editing, adding, or deleting any criteria generated by AI to ensure compliance with actual professional requirements.
b) Compliance of the selected criteria with internal company policies, legal requirements, and non-discrimination principles. The User undertakes to delete any criteria that may lead to the restriction of persons' rights based on characteristics unrelated to professional qualities.
c) Setting evaluation parameters and final approval of the criteria list before launching scoring algorithms.
2.2. The User undertakes not to use AI Tools for:
2.3. The User bears full responsibility for any claims, lawsuits, or complaints from candidates or government authorities arising from the User's use of AI results (in particular, regarding discrimination in hiring or privacy violations).
3.1. Results generated by AI Tools are recorded in the System based on settings current at the time of the request. Any changes to input data or settings by the User do not automatically change previously created results.
3.2. Re-generation or recalculation of results (e.g., re-evaluating candidates based on new criteria) is carried out exclusively at the initiative and after the performance of relevant manual actions by the User.
4.1. To ensure the operation of AI, text data and depersonalized information content (without direct transfer of any personal/contact information) may be transferred for processing to verified subprocessors — providers of AI models.
4.2. The Service guarantees that User data transferred for analysis to the AI Tool is not used for training public artificial intelligence models of third parties.
4.3. The User owns the generated results within their account (Content), however, algorithms, system instructions (prompts), and evaluation methodologies remain the intellectual property of HURMA.
5.1. The Service does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or objectivity of results generated by AI. The User is aware of the possibility of AI models generating/providing incorrect information and undertakes to independently verify critical data.
5.2. The result of the AI Tool's operation is merely a mathematical prediction of suitability and a recommendation. The final decision regarding the use of results, recommendations, and proposals received from the AI Tool is made exclusively by the User (a human).
5.3. Disclaimer: The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including claims regarding discrimination, erroneous results, etc.) arising from the use of AI functions or decisions made based on the use of proposals provided by the AI Tool.
