Terms of use of the AI FOX plugin

HURMA SYSTEM respects the privacy of each User of HURMA SYSTEM as well as additional tools and extensions of HURMA SYSTEM.

Please, read in full this Terms of use of the AI FOX plugin (hereinafter - “Terms of use”) before starting to use the AI FOX plugin. 

1. This Terms of use are an addition to the Terms of Service   (https://hurma.work/ru/terms-and-conditions/) and Privacy Policy  (https://hurma.work/ru/privacy-policy/) of the HURMA SYSTEM User (hereinafter - “Policies”), which are applied for using the AI Fox Plugin from HURMA and become an integral part of them when installing the AI Fox Plugin. 

2. AI FOX plugin by HURMA (hereinafter - “Plugin”) — is the additional extension for data and information processing in HURMA SYSTEM, tool for automatic transfer (autocopying) of selected data from highlighted categories of information to the profile of the candidate in HURMA SYSTEM.

2.1. Plugin is the result of intellectual activity and the object of copyright and intellectual rights of HURMA SYSTEM. All rights to the system and its components, including intellectual property, belong to the owner and administrator of the site https://hurma.work/. Copyrights are protected by copyright law.

2.2. The Plugin allows authorized users of job search portals to process data from CVs available for viewing within the purposes provided by such portals. 

3. By installing the Plugin, the User confirms and guarantees that before using the Plugin with any job search portal, the User has read the terms of use and privacy policy of such portal and adheres to their requirements and rules. 

4. The User confirms and guarantees that he/she has all the necessary rights of access, processing, use of information, complies with the legal requirements to work with information and personal data, and uses the data exclusively for the purposes of using the information provided. 

5. The User undertakes not to use the information for prohibited purposes, not to transfer it on to third parties, not to distort, not to sell, not to disclose, not to disseminate such information. 

6. The User confirms that he/she does not violate the purposes of the use of information under the law on personal data protection.

7. HURMA SYSTEM shall have the right to block the User, if the User violates the Terms of Use or legal requirements while using the Plugin.

8. HURMA SYSTEM shall reserve the right to cancel or make partial or complete changes to the Plugin or Terms of Use, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. HURMA SYSTEM makes these changes in its sole discretion by updating such Policies without further information to the User. The User undertakes to periodically review the Policies in order to further use the Plugin. Continuation of the User's use of the Plugin after making updates to the Policy is considered as the User's approval of such changes.

9. HURMA SYSTEM is not responsible for User’s actions. The User is personally and fully responsible for any violations of the requirements for working with legal information while using the Plugin.
