We can't imagine working without HURMA support

We have a very actively developing business, lots of non-standard questions that we can't always answer ourselves, so we contact support. And, you know, I regularly reach out once or twice a week.

The recruitment module has become a working tool for our whole team. All vacancies are created in HURMA, published on career pages, progress is tracked, comments, feedback added. The hiring manager can enter the system anytime and see the whole picture for each candidate. All key actions, including communication with candidates, assignments, and notifications, are recorded in the system. There's automatic calculation of salaries by departments — the robot does calculations. Previously, our calculations took about 15 days, now at most 5 days.
